CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Conduct Policy applies to all engaged by DB Group Global and is designed to define, adopt and deliver qualities and values which underpin all ethical, moral, legal and social best practices.
The Code of Conduct Policy applies to all, irrespective of where we work, and the tasks we perform. It also outlines our legal obligations, risk management processes and minimum standards of expectations for our supply chains and sets out the conduct and behavior expected of all employees. It is a single reference point to ensure we work safely, behave ethically, and abide by laws and regulations with every work decision, task and interaction.
For DB Group Global, it is critical to have a clear and consistent standard of behavior, both internally and with external stakeholders; including all clients, service providers, suppliers and the communities where we work and live.
